		<description>Hi Kathy!  There is no one rule that works across the board, it would depend on who your audience is and what you feel they would tolerate. That being said, I would suggest that as long as you are sending them useful information you could send out weekly and see how it goes. If you get people unsubscribing then you are probably sending out too much too soon.
